HomeHUB© is an online, interactive mobile-friendly information clearinghouse for homeownership professionals—lenders, realtors, governmental officials, builders, housing counselors—to learn about and share resources to help clients, especially those with low and moderate incomes, obtain, retain or maintain a home.
The HomeHUB concept came out of a series of statewide forums organized to find a way to rebuild homeownership in Pennsylvania. Challenges and opportunities were identified during the forums with a main challenge that there is no centralized location for information on homeownership products and services.
Creating this service would give housing professionals a wider knowledge base to work from and help them better assist their clients. The content of HomeHUB is informed by a HomeHUB Editorial Board which consists of representatives of key statewide stakeholder entities that believe in the importance of rebuilding homeownership in Pennsylvania.
The Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania is the sponsor of HomeHUB. The Housing Alliance’s mission is to ensure all Pennsylvanians, especially the most vulnerable, have a home within their reach.
