Centre County Housing and Land Trust: Permanently affordable homeownership

Centre County Housing and Land Trust (CCHLT) strengthens communities through the development and stewardship of permanently affordable homes for people of low- to moderate-income in Centre County, PA. CCHLT homes are sold to people with low- to moderate-incomes, and the homeowner will lease the land long-term from CCHLT. By removing the cost of the land, the purchase price of CCHLT homes is reduced by about 30% than comparable homes on the open real estate market.
