NeighborWorks Northeastern PA: Project Property Acquisition Redevelopment

The Project Property Acquisition and Redevelopment (PAR) is a social investment driven initiative to address regional economic distress and blight, stagnant property values and neighborhood health and safety. Project PAR purchases abandoned/foreclosed properties eligible for redevelopment and resale within the local affordable housing market rate. For every property sold, profits will directly go to support NeighborWorks NEPA Home Matters Repair services for low-income aging homeowners who cannot afford to make critical home repairs and modifications.
