The Keystone Home Loan provides Conventional financing up to 80% in addition to FHA, VA and RD loans. You may need to be a first-homebuyer, but if you plan to buy a home in a Targeted county or area; or you are a discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces, the first time homebuyer requirement is waived.
