The goal of the Chinatown Homeownership Initiative is to help the Chinese-speaking community overcome the barriers to homeownership and enhance financial literacy. Through homeownership education, mortgage counseling, financial literacy and outreach efforts, PCDC helps build wealth and prepares families for homeownership.
