The Urban Affairs Coalition’s Department of Community & Economic Development (CED) worked in partnership with its Housing & Foreclosure Prevention Task Force to provide a 2017 Foreclosure Prevention E-Guide. This E-Guide is updated with current information from HUD programs, as well as has eliminated information about the HAMP Program. The resources listed are useful for understanding the foreclosure process in Philadelphia and surrounding counties, as well as noting what the resources and prevention programs are to navigate the process. The E-Guide is only available online and will not be printed in hard copies; however, please feel free to download the online version and save it to your desktop as a resource or print out a copy!
