About: Philadelphia Home.Buy.Now provides participating employers with a menu of housing-related benefits to offer to their employees. The key feature of Philadelphia Home.Buy.Now is the financial assistance provided by an employer to their employee, making the employee eligible for an $8,000 interest-free loan through the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) to help cover down payment and closing costs.
