USDA RD offers both home purchase and home repair loan products for those with very-low incomes to those with moderate incomes in rural Pennsylvania. Products include Direct subsidized loans for low income applicants, Guarantee loans for moderate income applicants and Direct loans and grants for home repair. For families and individuals who cannot otherwise qualify for home financing with private sector providers, we can offer federally subsidized loans at 1% rates. Click here to learn more.

Additional Information: USDA RD housing program products are for owner-occupied single family residences. Guarantee program lending products have a funding fee which can be financed. Direct subsidized loans have no funding fee and allow for repayment terms up to 38 years.
